How We Work?

The Converge Leadership Journey is a Christian internship program.

The Converge Leadership Journey is a Christian internship program created to help people learn more about Christlike leadership. The reason we have decided to call the Christian internship program a "leadership journey" is because we believe that leadership is not a destination that can be reached. We cannot promise to lead you to the top of some proverbial mountain where we will pronounce you a leader. Through our signature Christian internship program we have designed opportunities for you to learn about; individual leadership and how to lead your own spiritual development; team leadership and how to lead a team towards a similar goal; and organizational leadership, where there are issues of structure and processes. Along this Christian internship program journey we will also be looking at the ministry and business skills required to work in the non-profit sector, specifically in our own Christian camps and conference center arena.

  • Summer Program Starts (Final Semester)

    This is the final part of our journey together, whether you are at our Maryland property or West Virginia property this is when you apply the leadership tools and skills you have recieved and use them in hands on ministry and team building moments.
