Self discipline is an important factor when it comes to laying a foundation for becoming a leader. Our goal is to help you build rhythms and disciplines in your life that will support not only a healthy lifestyle but a progressively growing spiritual life.

Team Leadership – Leading a team towards similar goals

Two or more can accomplish exponentially more.  You will be given the opportunity to get your hands dirty and lead teams in spiritual exercises as well as work/labor tasks.

Organizational Leadership – Leading an organization

An organization will look like its leader.  You will be invited in to observe leadership at all levels of our organization.

Ministry Skill Development- Gaining tools to lead well

One of our goals will be to equip you with practical, marketable, and resume-building skills. We will walk you through the process of learning about programs, marketing sales, hospitality, buildings-grounds-maintenance, and budgets. Experience in these areas will help you to discern where your strengths lie and will help support your future decision.
